Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate at our Lake City, FL store to welcome customers and help them find home improvement products. You’ll answer questions, load merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met with friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities include assisting with locating merchandise, processing orders, and collaborating across departments to deliver outstanding service. Prior retail or computer experience is helpful; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer usage experience.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic ability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves by identifying empty areas and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service delivery.
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout process.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
