Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include basic computer skills and ability to use retail technology.
• Must be able to read, write and do basic arithmetic; able to stand/sit for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
