Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer: inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelf spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
