Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, based in the Boise area, seeks high-energy Sales Consultants to close appointments with homeowners. This 100% commission role offers potential six-figure earnings ($120k–$225k+) thanks to a strong brand and exclusive, company-generated leads with no cold calling.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
  • Track record of closing sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Availability for evening and weekend appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments.
  • Build rapport, understand their needs, and present product solutions.
  • Learn the home improvement construction industry.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
  • Use our proven sales process, sample kits, and tech to help close deals.
  • Represent a brand homeowners already know and trust.
