American RENOLIT Corporation seeks a compassionate Hospice Visit Nurse in Mishawaka, IN. You will provide direct and indirect patient care, documenting assessments and care plans, and maintaining high-quality patient records in the home setting.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families, delivering education and ensuring comfort. This role offers autonomy, professional growth, and meaningful patient interactions in a community-based hospice program.

Competenze

• RN license required (Michigan license a plus)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in community-based hospice care

Mansioni

• Accurately records and reports patient condition and response to treatment.
• Document care provided and outcomes in clinical records.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care in home hospice settings.
• Perform patient and family education on care and self-management.
