Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake, insurance qualification, and seamless coordination of durable medical equipment and respiratory services. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient intake and verify insurance (Medicare/Medicaid/private payers).
• Assist with office operations including supply monitoring and deposits.
• Communicate with patients, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure timely service and inquiries resolved.
• Prepare and process documentation including CMNs, invoices, and delivery paperwork.
• May cover on-call, drive company vehicle, and assist with deliveries to patient homes.
