Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a dedicated teammate to maintain relationships with current accounts and ensure patients receive the equipment they need for home healthcare. You will coordinate orders, scheduling, and billing while addressing questions from patients and providers.

This role emphasizes proactive problem solving, clear communication, and timely follow-up to support quality patient care and smooth operations across branches.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Must be 21 years or older at hire.
• Located within assigned territory.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
• Learn and comply with DOT/TSM and POV requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay qualified.

Responsibilities

• Acts as single point of contact for specific accounts.
• Responds to needs, concerns and complaints promptly.
• Consults with clients and referrals on products and equipment.
• Obtains documentation for orders, scheduling and billing.
• Contact patients to confirm orders and any financial obligations.
• Promotes company products during office visits as appropriate.
• Coordinates patient services with physicians and medical groups.
• Sets up and delivers home healthcare products and services.
• Responds to emergency calls during business hours and on-call.
