Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a dedicated teammate to maintain relationships with accounts and patients, ensuring the right home healthcare equipment is available. You’ll serve as a primary contact, respond to needs, and coordinate with referral sources and medical groups to support patient care.

The role focuses on building strategic relationships, managing orders, and assisting in billing and service scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old at hire.
• Minimum of three years driving history.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for a specific account or accounts.
• Responds to customer needs, concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
• Consults with clients on products and necessary equipment.
• Obtains documentation to be scanned and batched at the Branch.
• Manages follow-up functions with the account post setup.
• Coordinates patient services with physicians and medical groups.
