Job summary

AdvisaCare in Michigan is seeking a Full time Home Health Clinical Manager to join our Troy-area teams serving Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with strong leadership and communication skills, ready to oversee clinical staff education and field operations.

Responsibilities include Oasis documentation reviews for CMS guidance, onboarding and training of field staff, and supervisory visits. Some weekly travel within the Metro Detroit area is required.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan State Registered Nurse License.
• TB test and CPR certification required.
• Background check and drug screen must be clear.
• Detail oriented with strong time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and MI driver's license with auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oasis documentation review and chart audits for CMS/State compliance.
• Assist with education, onboarding and training of clinical field staff.
• Supervisory visits to clinical staff.
• Weekly travel within Metro Detroit for site support.
