Job summary

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking an energetic Coordinator to schedule paraprofessional staff (HHA/PCA) and maintain clear communication with clients and team members in a fast-paced home care setting.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent phone and written communication. Prior staffing experience is preferred; references are required. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Staffing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - heavy phone volume.
• Ability to work as a team and maintain professional relationships with patients and referral sources.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• References required.

Responsibilities

• Staff personnel according to home care patient schedules for the paraprofessional division (HHA/PCA).
• Partner with recruiters and coordinators to ensure timely scheduling of staff.
• Maintain a daily call log.
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants.
• Perform intakes.
• Follow up with clients and families regarding schedule changes.
• Be on call after hours when required.
