Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Georgia seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver skilled therapy in patients’ homes under physician supervision. You will address language disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication, voice issues, and AAC needs as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with physicians, families, and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active state driver’s license.
• Valid automobile liability insurance is required.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions and maintain dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to home-bound patients.
• Treat language impairments, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and AAC needs.
• Collaborate with attending physician and care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
