Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled therapy in home settings across Georgia, including Pooler. You will assess and treat patients under physician supervision, focusing on communication, swallowing, and cognitive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy in patients' homes under physician supervision.
• Treat language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, and cognitive communication issues.
• Work with patients who have had strokes or progressive diseases like Parkinson’s and dementia.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate treatment plans.
