Candidates must hold an active SLP license in the state and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Dependable transportation.
• Must drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in a home setting under physician supervision.
• Address language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication issues, voice disorders, and AAC needs.
• Serve patients in homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care settings.
