Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Office Scheduling Manager in our Cleveland, OH Home Health Office. You will provide superior customer service and coordinate client services while managing scheduling issues to support high-quality care.

This role emphasizes supervisory responsibilities, coordination with clinical staff, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referral sources. BAYADA offers a mission-driven environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Prior knowledge of Medicare, Home Care Homebase, and OASIS a plus.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Demonstrated record of taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement).
• Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Focus on coordinating client services and emergent scheduling issues.
• Manage Client Services Manager caseload and proactively grow it.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
• Monitor metrics such as admissions, Medicare percentage, referrals rejected by reason, etc.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise field employees.
