Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager for our Cuyahoga Falls, OH Medicare certified Home Health Senior Living Office.

You will lead client services, coordinate schedules, and build strong relationships with clients and referral sources in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Experience with Medicare and OASIS is a plus.
• Experience in medical office or home health care preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated record of taking on increased responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Coordinate client services and scheduling issues.
• Manage your Client Services Manager caseload.
• Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
• Monitor admissions and referrals to manage caseload metrics.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise field employees.

Skills

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Client Services Manager to joinour Cuyahoga Falls, OH Medicare certified Home Health Senior Living Office.

Responsibilities for a Client Services Manager:

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
• Manage your Client Services Manager caseload
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
• Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics (admissions, % Medicare, referrals rejected by reason, etc.)
• Client Services Managers will partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees

Qualifications for a Client Services Manager:

• Bachelor degree is preferred
• Prior knowledge of/experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience a plus
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
• Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
