Responsibilities

• Schedule clinician schedules for clients and field staff.
• Manage incoming calls, document messages, and maintain confidential communications.
• Fax documents, liaise with physician offices for signed orders, and assist with filing.
• Participate in shared on-call rotation.
• Assist with additional office tasks including recruitment.
