The Carpenter Health Network is seeking a Home Health Scheduler LPN to coordinate and manage scheduling for our nursing and therapy team in Harahan, Louisiana. Key responsibilities include setting up patient schedules and managing scheduling information. The ideal candidate must hold a current Louisiana LPN license and possess strong communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. Qualificações

• Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse license is mandatory.

Essential Duties

• Coordinating and managing scheduling needs for a large nursing and therapy team
• Collecting, managing, and reporting of scheduling information
• Assigning new clients to clinicians according to scheduling protocols
• Setting up all home health patient schedules

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Prior home health scheduling experience preferred
• Managed care experience preferred
• Proficient with computer use and software applications
• Basic medical terminology
• Multi-tasker and customer service-oriented
• Ability to carry out directions and have strong problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be successful in a very fast-paced environment
