Home Health Scheduler LPN - $3k Sign On Bonus

STAT Home Health is currently seeking a Home Health Scheduler LPN to work in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure that staffing needs are met, including scheduling, coordinating, and maintaining schedules to meet the needs of our Participants.

Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

Essential Duties Include:

• Coordinating and managing scheduling needs for a large nursing and therapy team
• Collecting, managing, and reporting scheduling information
• Assigning new clients to clinicians according to scheduling protocols
• Setting up all home health patient schedules

Qualifications:

• Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Prior home health scheduling experience preferred
• Managed care experience preferred
• Proficient with computer use and software applications
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Multi-tasker and customer service-oriented
• Ability to follow directions and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
