Elara Caring is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our team and help coordinate patient care across home visits. You will be responsible for scheduling visits, communicating with clinicians and patients, and ensuring timely, quality care.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in a health care setting, knowledge of medical terminology, and familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, with strong communication and reliable transportation.
