Job summary

Elara Caring in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our home-based care team. You will coordinate patient visits, align clinical teams, and ensure timely, right-care delivery for each patient.

Strong communication, knowledge of medical terminology, and familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid payment guidelines are essential. One year of healthcare experience and reliable transportation are required.
