Elara Caring in Monroe, LA is seeking a Scheduler to support Administrators by coordinating patient visit schedules and ensuring timely, high-quality care.

You will facilitate communication between clinical managers, direct care staff, and physicians, and navigate scheduling workflows using Homecare Homebase and related systems. This is a full-time role with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• 1 year of practical scheduling experience, preferably in home care.
• Familiarity with national standards of care, state licensure, and federal conditions.
• Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Homecare Homebase, Workday and MS Office.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient visits to ensure timely, quality care.
• Act as liaison between CTM, direct care team, physicians, and staff.
• Coordinate scheduling workflows and use relevant enterprise systems.
• Support Administrators and branch leadership in daily operations.
