Elara Caring is seeking a Scheduler to support Administrators and Branch Directors by coordinating patient visit schedules and aligning care teams to ensure timely, high-quality patient care. You will serve as a liaison among the Clinical Team Manager, direct care staff, physicians, and facility personnel, handling scheduling, communication, and escalation when needed.

A HS diploma plus 1 year scheduling experience is required; associate degree preferred, with proficiency in Homecare

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of practical scheduling experience; home care preferred.
• Familiar with national standards of care, licensure, and federal conditions.

Responsabilités

• Schedule patient visits and manage direct care team schedules.
• Coordinate between CTM, staff, physicians, and facility personnel.
• Report to Administrator or Branch Director; escalate as needed.
