Elara Caring is seeking a Scheduler to support Administrators in coordinating patient visits and managing care team schedules. You will liaise with clinical managers, providers, and staff to ensure timely, high-quality care.

The role requires 1 year of scheduling experience in home care, strong communication, and the ability to work with enterprise systems like Homecare Homebase and Workday. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 1 year of practical experience required.
• 1 year of patient scheduling in home care preferred.
• Familiarity with national standards of care, state licensure, and federal conditions of participation.
• Ability to convey information clearly and set timelines.
• Ability to plan ahead and allocate resources.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
