Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of scheduling, dispatch, logistics, operations coordination, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize daily and weekly schedules for nurses, therapists, and home health aides.
• Respond quickly to schedule changes, call-outs, cancellations, and urgent patient needs.
• Maintain accurate scheduling information within company software systems.
