Job summary

Palms-Home-Care is seeking a detail-oriented scheduler in Ocala, FL to coordinate patient visit schedules for home health services. You will ensure visits follow the physician Plan of Care, verify insurance, and maintain compliant medical records while supporting patients and clinicians.

You will work with nurses, PTs and OTs, handle schedule changes, and resolve conflicts promptly. Strong HIPAA knowledge and EMR experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling healthcare visits and coordinating clinicians.

Responsibilities
