Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Clinical Home Health Account Executive to grow referral sources by calling on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory.

You will develop business plans, maintain target lists, and coordinate with a Market Executive of Sales to align with the market plan, while ensuring compliant, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN/ LVN license is required.
• Bachelor's /Associates degree in Nursing or the equivalent generally preferred.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred.
• Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities.
• You will report to a Market Executive of Sales.
