Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in the Denver area is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Preceptor to train and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs. You will maintain a caseload while providing field-based onboarding support across our home health coverage area, traveling as needed to support clinicians.

This role emphasizes head-to-toe assessments, acute and post-acute care, and safe in-home care delivery, with opportunities to grow clinical education skills across a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• A current nursing license in good standing in Colorado.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• At least one year of experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute, home health, or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs.
• Maintain a caseload while providing field-based onboarding support.
• Travel throughout the coverage area to support onboarding activities.
• Deliver skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in patients' homes.
