Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Lead Preceptor to join our team in Massachusetts. This role focuses on training and mentoring new RNs and LPNs while maintaining a small caseload of patients. Candidates must have a current RN license and prior Home Health Care experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of recent Home Health experience required.
• Previous precepting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs.
• Provide one-on-one clinical training during home visits.
• Collaborate with RN Clinical Manager and Clinical Educator.
• Perform assigned duties of the RN Case Manager.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes.
• Document observations and interventions in client care.
• Conduct client assessments as necessary.
