Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Towson, MD, is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse Preceptor & Clinical Field Educator to train newly hired RNs and LPNs while maintaining a small patient caseload.

In this role you will lead orientation, mentor clinicians, and coordinate onboarding across disciplines. You will perform direct care duties at least half the time and document care through our tablet system. Active MD RN license and Medicare-certified home health experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active MD RN license required.
• Medicare-Certified Home Health experience required.
• Passion for clinical education and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs with one-on-one training during home visits.
• Mentor clinicians through their first year and monitor orientation progression.
• Provide 1:1 mentoring and feedback in person or via Zoom.
• Develop and mentor new preceptors with ongoing assessment of effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager to ensure staff competencies and onboarding calendars.
