Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full-Time RN Preceptor & Clinical Field Educator to train newly hired RNs and LPNs while maintaining a small patient caseload. This role centers on hands-on mentoring, onboarding, and clinical leadership across Montgomery, Frederick, Washington, Howard and Carroll Counties.

Responsibilities include supervising orientation, coordinating education sessions, and delivering direct care when needed. Medicare-credentialed experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of MD.
• Prior Medicare-Certified Home Health experience required.
• Passion for clinical education, coaching, and mentorship.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs with one-on-one clinical training during home visits and mentor them through the first year.
• Educate and onboard by coordinating with Clinical Manager and Education teams, ensuring onboarding calendars and attendance.
• Deliver direct care (minimum 50% time) including case management, medication administration, wound care, and assessments.
• Support the broader organization by aligning training with retention efforts and cross-team collaboration.
