Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs with one-on-one clinical training during home visits.
• Mentor clinicians through their first year and monitor orientation progress.
• Provide remote or in-person coaching via Zoom with timely feedback.
• Collaborate with Clinical Education team to onboard new clinicians across disciplines.
• Case manage a portion of patients while mentoring others.
