Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Massachusetts is seeking a Full-Time RN Clinical Field Educator to lead training and development of newly hired RNs and LPNs while maintaining a hands-on caseload of patients.

This role emphasizes precepting, mentoring, onboarding, and delivering direct care at least 50% of the time in the field, focusing on staff competencies and onboarding calendars. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay are offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license.
• Prior Medicare-Certified Home Health experience required (HCHB experience preferred).
• Passion for clinical education, coaching, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs, providing one-on-one clinical training during home visits and mentoring through their first year.
• Monitor orientation progression, identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide 1:1 mentoring, feedback, and support to new and tenured field clinicians.
• Assist in developing and mentoring new preceptors and assess preceptor effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager and Educator to ensure staff competencies.
• Assist with education classes and onboarding calendars for multiple new hires across disciplines.
• Onboard clinicians to help them build and manage their own caseloads.
• Case manage and admit new clients, perform RN Case Manager duties, document care and follow physician orders.
