PurposeCare is a leading home health provider in the Midwest, bringing healthcare home and serving thousands of clients monthly. We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to join our expanding team, delivering skilled visits in patients' homes with autonomy and comprehensive support.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience is required; home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity; may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
