Job summary

PurposeCare is a leading home health provider serving the Midwest, seeking an Occupational Therapist to support patients in their homes with skilled visits and holistic care.

You will work independently to address patients' needs, collaborate with caregivers, and build meaningful, one-on-one connections in clients' own homes. This role emphasizes autonomy, real-life therapy, and personalized care, with ongoing opportunities for growth within PurposeCare.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state you are applying.
• 1 year of occupational therapist experience is preferred - home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled visits that address the full scope of a patient's needs in their home.
