Interim HealthCare Inc. in Central Montana seeks a Home Health RN to deliver compassionate in-home care. You will work with a team, oversee LPNs and CNAs, assess patients, and ensure safe, effective plans of care.

Requirements include Montana RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, CPR certification, and about 1 year of RN experience in home health. Benefits include flexible scheduling, uniform allowance, and CEU training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active Montana RN license are required.
• 1 year RN experience, ideally in home healthcare.
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
• Clinical proficiency in nursing with strong communication and compassion.
• Kindness, empathy, integrity, dignity and respect are essential qualities.

Responsabilités

• Provide home-based care to patients in the home setting.
• Oversee LPNs, CNAs and aides delivering patient care.
• Examine patients, perform assessments and report changes to physicians.
• Educate patients and families on plans of care, medications and exercises.
• Coach family members on care plans and home safety.
• Coordinate discharge and ensure goals are met.
