Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Montana is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide patient-focused home care with flexible scheduling and autonomy. Build strong patient outcomes with a dedicated team and meaningful patient interactions.

You will oversee care teams, perform assessments, and educate families while maintaining compliance with regulations and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active RN license in Montana.
• RN experience in home healthcare preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
• Strong communication, compassion and clinical nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based care to patients after discharge from hospital or facility.
• Coordinate with LPNs, CNAs and aides to deliver patient care.
• Assess patients, document progress and inform physician of changes.
• Educate patients and families on plan of care, meds and safety.
• Support family members in implementing the care plan and safety.
