Interim HealthCare Inc. of Central Montana is seeking a Home Health RN to deliver in-home care with the flexibility to structure your own schedule.

You’ll work with a team, oversee LPNs, CNAs and aides, assess patients, educate on plans of care and safety, and coordinate discharge planning to ensure safe, effective care in the home setting.

Montana RN license, CPR certification and home health experience are preferred; competitive hourly wages reflect your expertise and dedication.

Qualifikationen

• Must have Montana RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
• Strong communication skills and compassion are essential.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-home care to patients with illnesses, injuries and chronic diseases.
• Oversee LPNs, CNAs and aides delivering patient care.
• Assess patients, document progress and report to physicians.
• Educate patients on plan of care, medications, therapy and safety.
