Interim HealthCare Inc. in Dillon, MT is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate in-home care. You’ll set your own schedule with flexible assignments while delivering high-quality patient care in the home setting.

Requirements include Montana RN license, CPR certification, and about 1 year of home health or similar RN experience. The role offers autonomy, growth opportunities, and full-time benefits such as uniform allowance and CEU training.

Qualificações

• RN license Montana (active)
• 1 year RN experience, ideally in home healthcare
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of home health regulations
• Excellent communication and compassion

Responsabilidades

• Provide home-based care to patients after discharge from hospital or facility
• Coordinate with LPNs, CNAs, and aides
• Assess patients, document progress, report changes to physician
• Educate patients on plan of care, medications, therapy, and exercise
• Coach family members on safety and plan of care
• Ensure goals are met and coordinate discharge from services
