Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality in-home care across Tuscarawas County and surrounding areas. You will perform assessments, complex nursing treatments, and patient education to prevent hospital readmissions, under an in-depth orientation with experienced nurses.

Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with on-call and weekend rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with proof of auto insurance, on hire.
• Minimum one year current clinical RN experience.
• Minimum one year experience in acute medical-surgical or home care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Perform assessments, complex nursing treatments, and education to prevent readmissions.
• Document care in patients’ medical records.
• Work Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with on-call Friday night to Monday morning; weekend rotations may apply.
