Job summary

Amedisys in Alabama is hiring a Registered Nurse Case Manager for a full-time, day-shift role (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm) with on-call weekend rotation. You will assess patients, build plans of care, supervise staff, and document progress.

Salary ranges from $73,000 to $80,000 base, with conversion to a per-point rate. Benefits include medical plans, PTO, wellness rewards, counseling, 401(k) match, family support, mileage reimbursement and a fleet vehicle program.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical RN experience.
• Current RN license for the state you work in.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments and develops care plans with the care team.
• Supervises LPNs and HHAs and ensures timely documentation.
• Communicates patient progress to the clinical manager and team.
• Participates in staff education and on-call duties.
