Qualifications

• RN license in the state of Alabama or eligible to practice.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• 1+ year of clinical RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments and collaborates on a plan of care.
• Makes referrals as indicated and documents rationale.
• Supervises LPNs and HHAs and ensures timely documentation.
• Communicates patient progress to the clinical team and manager.
• Participates in staff education and on-call duties.
