Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage patient visits, assess needs, and implement prescribed interventions across the north Milwaukee/southern Ozaukee county area.

You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00-4:30 with on-call rotations; minimum 2 years nursing experience and an active RN license are required; BLS certification must be obtained within 6 months; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (RN).
• 2 years of nursing experience typically required.
• Strong assessment, communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all activities related to assigned visits and communicating changes to the primary RN.
• Oversees patient needs, assessment, plan of care and implementation of interventions.
• Communicates with physicians to update the plan of treatment as needed.
