Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Home Health RN to join our care team serving Novi, Wixom, Wolverine Lake and surrounding communities. The role focuses on managing and delivering patient care plans in a team-based environment.

Candidates will have an RN license, one year of RN experience, and a valid driver's license; we offer a competitive pay-per-visit model, an oriented onboarding, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing.
• One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
• Support patients across Novi, Wixom, Wolverine Lake, Walled Lake, Commerce, Commerce Township and surrounding areas.
