Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Home Health RN to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes around Sewickley, PA. This role involves assessments, care planning, patient education, and documentation in EMR, with about 40 hours per week and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience delivering quality patient care.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel ~20% of workday.

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
