Job summary

Allegheny Health Network in Allison Park, PA is hiring a Home Health RN to deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This field-based role offers autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and opportunities for growth.

Eligible for a $10,000 first-year success bonus. You will travel within your territory, perform assessments, care planning, medication management, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• At least 1 year of RN experience in home health or similar setting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive ~20% of time.

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
