AHN Healthcare@Home is hiring a Home Health RN in the Apollo, PA area to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, deliver patient-centered care, and travel within the territory.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication management, care planning, and educating patients and families on disease management. Growth opportunities and supportive leadership are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.

RN Qualifications
