AHN Healthcare@Home in Allison Park seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits. The role focuses on delivering skilled, patient-centered care in patients' homes within a defined territory, including assessments, medications, and care planning.

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
