Job summary

Inspired HomeCare, LLC is seeking PRN and Part Time Home Health Nurses to manage their own caseload, visit multiple patients daily, and deliver one-on-one care outside the clinic.

You will assess patients, record observations, perform vital signs, wound care, IV therapy and Oasis assessment, and educate families on home health strategies.

Collaborating with Therapists and physicians is required, with WellSky_Kinnser experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• At least 1 year of in-home care experience.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' condition during every visit and chart observations.
• Perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, Oasis assessment, wound care and IV therapy.
• Dress or re-dress open wounds and assess healing progress.
• Educate patients and families on proper home health care strategies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physicians and others involved in the care plan.
• Make recommendations for devices or tools to improve quality of life.
• Listen to patient concerns or requests.

Inspired Home Care is a 5-Star Agency ACHC accredited rapidly expanding and we are hiring PRN and Part Time effective immediately. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, so time management skills and the ability to work independently are essential. However, it is important to provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to meet his or her needs. If you enjoy working one-on-one with patients outside of a clinical setting, please submit your resume.

Home Health Nurse Responsibilities

• Make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patient's quality of life
• Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests

Qualifications

• State RN license required
• 1 year of experience in in-home care
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor
• Ability to travel to multiple patients per day
• Preferred knowledge of WellSky Kinnser

Salary: $110 per visit
