Inspired Home Care is a 5-Star Agency ACHC accredited and rapidly expanding. We are hiring PRN and Part Time positions effective immediately. You will manage your own caseload, so strong time management and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in in-home care.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to travel to multiple patients per day.
• Preferred knowledge of WellSky Kinnser.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' condition during every visit and chart observations.
• Perform evaluation tasks including vital signs, medication review, Oasis assessment, wound care and IV therapy.
• Dress or re-dress open wounds and assess healing progress.
• Educate patients and families on home health care strategies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Occupational, Physical, Speech Therapists and physicians involved in care plans.
• Make recommendations for devices or tools to improve patient quality of life.
• Listen to patient concerns and address requests.

However, it is important to provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to meet his or her needs. Home Health Nurse Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' condition during every visit and chart your observations

• Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures

• Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests
