Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in Mobile, AL for a contract - full time position. The RN will provide and document skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the physician-ordered care plan, primarily in the patient’s home or a residential setting, with possible transfers during appointments.

Minimum requirements include an active RN license in the practicing state, CPR if applicable, TB screening, health certificate, and meeting all applicable

Qualifications

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the RN will practice.
One year of home health nursing experience preferred.
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
Current CPR if applicable.
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Provide and document skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance with physician-ordered care plan.
Care is provided mostly in the patient’s home or a residential setting and may transfer outside the home during appointments and activities.
